Since 2023, DBK has proudly worked with post-secondary co-op programs, welcoming students from both Redeemer University and Mohawk College. Our co-op program provides a hands-on, practical experience, giving students full-cycle accounting exposure while helping them develop confidence, technical expertise, and professional judgement.

At DBK, mentorship goes both ways.  While we take pride in guiding and developing new accounting professionals, we also embrace the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that our co-op students contribute to the firm.

In 2025, our co-op student Mei was recognized with the Co-op Student of the Year Award at Redeemer University, an achievement that reflects her dedication and the strength of the co-op experience at DBK.  We are proud to have been part of her journey and remain committed to shaping the next generation of accountants.
