We are excited to announce that David den Boer, Chartered Accountant will merge with Jonathan Kooiman, Chartered Accountant to form DBK Accounting, effective September 30, 2016.

Since 1994, David den Boer has offered a personal approach in providing advice and assistance as well as a commitment to excellent service. Through the years their staff has always maintained a dedicated client focus. Now, in our effort to continue to look for better ways to serve you, we have decided to merge with a like-minded accountant who shares the same culture, values, and commitment. We believe that DBK Accounting will serve our clients well and will position you for continued success and growth.

Jonathan brings experience as a senior manager with mid-size accounting firms, a broad exposure to a large variety of businesses and not-for-profit organizations, and expertise in executing tax planning arrangements that result in significant tax savings. In addition to his tax and accounting knowledge, Jonathan can provide advice on corporate reorganizations, performance measurement, corporate finance and succession planning. You may have concerns about how this change will affect the continuity of your relationships with David den Boer. Amy Stutsman and David den Boer are still here to serve you at DBK Accounting and there will be no change to the current fee structure. While the name will change, our level of service and responsiveness to our client needs will remain the same.
